Rates and Policies

Rates:

One-on-one tutoring at my home $130 per hour. One-on-one tutoring at your home or another location $140 per hour. Tutoring over Zoom for $125 per hour.

I am happy to work with up to 4 students in a small group. The rate increases by $10 per hour per additional student.

Location:

Meetings can take place at the student’s school (dependent on school policy), at your home, at my home in Hyde Park, at a public library, a quiet cafe, or over Zoom.

Frequency:

I am open working with students on an as-needed basis or in a regular weekly fashion. If you have a regular weekly session, the perk is you can reserve the same time slot each week.

Most students benefit from meeting once or twice per week on a regular basis.

Cancellation Policy:

I request full payment for same day cancellations. There is no charge for cancellations or reschedule requests made the day before or earlier. I do my best to accommodate reschedule requests but at certain points in the semester my schedule is saturated. Each student gets one free cancellation per semester.
